Brand New Class for Halloween Term 2026

Ready to meet your inner heartthrob?

For the very first time, we're bringing Drag King showcase term, led by one of Darwin's premier Drag Kings, Big D!

In this brand new class, you'll step into the world of Drag King performance while learning a spooky Boy Band inspired number created especially for our Halloween Term.

Across the term, Big D will introduce you to the foundations of Drag King performance as you explore character development, play with masculine physicality and begin creating your very own Drag King persona.

You'll work on how your character moves, holds themselves and commands a room. You will learn how exaggeration, attitude and performance can completely transform the way you present yourself on stage.

And at the end of the term, you'll have the opportunity to bring your new Drag King persona to life on stage as part of our Halloween Showcase!
