FEATHER FANS

Classic, timeless, stunning.

If you are swept up in the beauty of feather fans, this is the perfect class for you!

Feather fans are an iconic burlesque prop, captivating audiences with sensual flourishes and graceful flow.

Through this 7 week term, Tily Rummin will take you through the basic techniques of feather fans, creating beautiful fluid lines, and using fans to tease and tantalise the audience.

You will learn classic poses, basic fan grips, and how to create moments of tensions and suspense.

No experience necessary and we provide the feather fans!

WHAT TO WEAR?

Something comfortable and stretchy. You can either wear bare feet or bring a pair of your favourite heels. We provide gorgeous feather fans to use.

WHAT TO BRING?

Water bottle and a sparkly attitude

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

Everyone! Open to beginners who want to give feather fans a try - and experienced burlesque performers wanting to expand their repertoire

You’ll master a neo fan and chair routine set to “Driving Home for Christmas.” Expect elegance with a twist, plus plenty of sassy poses to make jaws drop.

THIS IS A PERFORMANCE TERM. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM IN CHRISTMAS SHOWCASE
